I taught this Samba routine at Raffles Town Club. Again, I am highly encouraged by the positive feedback from my students.

Feedback: This samba routine is exciting. It has a good mix of dance elements- basic dance moves coupled with fast and exacting movements that are challenging for a dance student and satisfying enough for an experienced dancer. The choreography here reflects well on Ben Lau. Excellent work, Ben!

Again, thanks all! This is one uniquely specialbirthday gift ever, from my Dance students. Dance has made me happy andkept me at 25 years ever since.

I believe I have done likewise for my students- in that I have endeavored to show that Dance can bring happiness to all!

May 12th- On this day, some of my dance students organized a fantastic 'Ben-mazing Race' at Gardens by the Bay. At 9 am, they were already at the door, wishing me 'Happy Birthday'. We had an absolute blast the whole day. My heart is overwhelmed!

The first question that they asked me of my birthday race was with regards to my birth year! Of course, it is 1990. The result- the chicken dance!

Zumba For Kids

I just wanted to share with you some of the exercises for kids. We know that the more affluent Singapore is, the kids are more likely to eat more and stay obese. Having said that, this is one great way to keep our kids healthy and fit. Check out my video on Zumba for Kids.
